Not right for your practice? We’ll make it right — handled directly by our team. No portals, no runaround.
Within 30 days of delivery, email orders@pronorthmedical.ca with your order number, the item(s), and the reason.
Our team replies with your return authorization and shipping instructions — real humans, usually same business day.
Return in original condition & packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds process in about a week to your original payment method.
Use your stool in your real workday for 30 days. If it’s not your fit, email us for a return — it must come back in the original box and packaging, and a $100 flat return fee applies. We’ll help you dial in the fit first, so most people never need to. (Conference final-sale demo units are sold as-is and aren’t eligible.)
Something arrived damaged or failed under warranty? Email us or call 1-844-537-0493 and we’ll sort out repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit.
