🪑 Saddle Stools

  • 30-Day Returns: You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your stool to decide if it’s right for you.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the stool must be in its original condition, box, and packaging.
  • Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Flat Return Fee: A $100 return fee will be deducted directly from your full refund.
  • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 1 week depending on local carrier availability. Please give 5-15 business days for the refund to hit your account once processed and approved by our logistics team.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our team at orders@pronorthmedical.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a shipping barcode for a simple return.

🏥 Medical Products

30-Day Returns

Eligible for return within 30 days if the item is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges for:

  • Sutures
  • Surgical blades
  • Instruments (unsterilized)
  • Other medical products

Capital Equipment – Special Refund Policy

Because capital equipment is custom‐allocated for each order, returns are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price.

Exceptions — No Fees Apply If:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item was defective

Customer-Covered Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Defective Items

If a product arrives defective, we will cover return shipping and waive all fees to resolve the issue quickly.
