  • 30-Day Risk-Free Returns: Try our products, up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If they don’t meet your expectations, you can return them risk-free.
  • Original Packaging Required: To ensure the safety and integrity of our medical products, all returns, including sutures, surgical blades, instruments (unsterilized) and other medical products must be in their original packaging, and undamaged.

  • Customer-Covered Shipping & Restocking Fee: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. A 15% restocking fee applies, ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality products and service. Capital Equipment (excluding saddle stools) will incur a 50% restocking fee as they are considered special order items.
  • Defective Items Policy: If you receive a defective item, we will cover the return shipping and waive the restocking fee to correct the issue promptly.
