🪑 Saddle Stools

  • 30-Day Returns: You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your stool to decide if it’s right for you.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the stool must be in its original condition and box. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Flat Return Fee: A $75 return fee will be deducted directly from your full refund.
  • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 1–2 weeks, depending on local carrier availability.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please go to the drop down menu and click "GUIDE" and head over to "RETURNS & EXCHANGES" or contact our team at orders@pronorthmedical.ca with your order number and reason for return. 🏥 Medical Products

  • 30-Day Returns: Eligible for return within 30 days if unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges for sutures, surgical blades, instruments (unsterilized), capital equipment and other medical products.
  • Exceptions: The 15% fee is waived if:

    -You received the wrong product
    -The item was defective
    -The package was unopened and in resalable condition

🚚 Shipping & Fees

  • Customer-Covered Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, we will cover return shipping and waive any fees to resolve the issue promptly.
