30-Day Returns
You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your stool to decide if it’s the right fit for you.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the saddle stool must be in its original condition and packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Flat Return Fee
A $75 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 1–2 weeks, depending on carrier availability.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please open the drop-down menu, click GUIDE → RETURNS & EXCHANGES, or email us at orders@pronorthmedical.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our team is also available through email or live chat for any questions.

Capital Equipment – Special Refund Policy
Because capital equipment is custom‐allocated for each order, returns are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price.

Defective Items
If a product arrives defective, we will cover return shipping and waive all fees to resolve the issue quickly.
