Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada):

• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, varying based on province and territory.
• Standard ground shipping duration ranges between 2-9 days.
• Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
• All domestic shipments are facilitated through Purolator.

International Shipping:

• Items for international orders are dispatched via USPS.
• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
• Applicable duties are charged at time of checkout subject to USA Import laws. 
• Please be informed that ProNorth Medical Corporation is not accountable for any customs duties levied on your order once collected by the courier. All subsequent fees post-shipping fall under the customer's purview.
• Standard tax rates are applicable for products shipped within Canada.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• A confirmation email, inclusive of tracking number(s), will be sent within 24 hours post your order's dispatch.

Package Tracking:

• ProNorth Medical provides a tracking number in conjunction with the payment receipt, courtesy of the designated carrier. Should there be unforeseen delivery delays (typically extending beyond 15 days), recipients are advised to liaise directly with the carrier using the furnished tracking details.
